Anti-Fraud Policy
Valusplus is a platform for legitimate verification, connectivity, and digital trade. This policy explains what is not allowed, and what happens when it is broken.
Last updated · August 2026
Valusplus provides verification numbers, travel eSIMs, and a marketplace so people and businesses can verify accounts they own, get data on their own devices, and trade digital goods they are authorised to trade. We have zero tolerance for fraud and abuse. This Anti-Fraud Policy forms part of our Terms of Service, and by using the Service you agree to it.
1. The core rule
Only use Valusplus for things that are yours or that you are clearly authorised to do: verify accounts you own, use eSIM data on your own devices, and buy or sell only digital goods you have the right to trade. Using the Service to access, create, or control an account that is not yours, or to deceive another person or platform, is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Service to do, attempt, or assist any of the following:
- Fraud and deception, including scams, fake listings, payment fraud, or misrepresenting who you are.
- Impersonation and identity theft, including pretending to be another person, business, or official body.
- Unauthorised account access, including taking over, resetting, or verifying an account that belongs to someone else.
- Phishing and social engineering, including tricking others into revealing codes, credentials, or personal data.
- Bulk or automated abuse, including mass-creating fake accounts to violate another platform's rules, spam, or manipulate ratings, votes, or promotions.
- Evading bans or verification controls that another service has put in place to protect its users.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion, or funding any of the above.
- Trafficking in stolen or compromised data or accounts, or reselling numbers obtained through Valusplus.
- Any activity that is illegal under the laws that apply to you or to Valusplus.
3. Marketplace integrity
The Marketplace is for legitimate digital goods only. Whether you buy or sell, additional rules apply:
- Sellers are vetted. Seller access is granted only after a manual review. A normal account cannot list products until approved.
- You may only sell what you are authorised to sell. At the point of listing you must attest that you own or are authorised to resell the item. Listing stolen, hacked, compromised, phished, or otherwise unauthorised accounts or data is strictly forbidden.
- No facilitating account takeover. Products must not be marketed for bypassing verification or accessing accounts a buyer does not own.
- Buyer protection is not a loophole. Filing dishonest disputes, or buying with the intent to defraud a vendor, is prohibited.
Purchased credentials are encrypted at rest and visible only to the buyer of a completed order. Vendors never see another vendor's data, and we honour abuse reports about any listing.
4. Monitoring and verification
We monitor for patterns of abuse and may, where we reasonably suspect a breach, pause activity on an account, decline a rental, or ask you to verify your identity or the legitimacy of your use before continuing. Providing false information during such a check is itself a breach of this policy.
5. Consequences of a breach
If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may take any of the following steps, without notice where appropriate:
- Suspend or permanently close the account.
- Cancel in-progress rentals and decline future ones.
- Withhold refunds and forfeit any wallet balance connected to the abuse.
- Preserve relevant records and report the activity to payment providers, affected platforms, or law enforcement.
The automatic refund for an undelivered code does not apply to rentals cancelled because of suspected fraud or abuse.
6. Payment fraud
Using stolen payment details, or filing dishonest chargebacks or disputes on legitimate purchases, is fraud. Accounts involved will be closed and the balance forfeited, and we may pursue recovery of any resulting loss.
7. Reporting abuse
If you believe a number from Valusplus has been used against you or your platform, please contact us so we can investigate and act. We cooperate with legitimate requests from affected services and law enforcement.
Report abuse or ask a question via our support channel on Telegram.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as risks and regulations change. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service means you accept it.
