Terms of Service
The rules for using Valusplus. Please read them before you create an account or fund your wallet.
Last updated · August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Valusplus (the "Service"). By creating an account, funding your wallet, or buying any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What we provide
Valusplus is a single platform offering three products on one Naira wallet:
- SMS Verification, temporary phone numbers to receive one-time verification codes. We resell access to numbers from upstream networks and do not own the underlying numbers.
- Travel eSIMs, data plans provisioned through upstream eSIM providers and delivered to you for installation by QR code.
- Digital Marketplace, where independent, vetted vendors sell digital products. For marketplace orders we act as the platform and payment intermediary between you and the vendor; the vendor is responsible for the product they list.
We cannot guarantee that any particular service, country, plan, or product is available at any given time.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- One person or business should maintain one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Wallet, pricing and payments
- Your wallet balance is stored in your account and shown in Naira. Prices are set by us and can change at any time as upstream costs and exchange rates move.
- Funds added to your wallet are for purchasing products on the Service (numbers, eSIMs, and marketplace items). They are not a deposit account, earn no interest, and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another user.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers. You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or disputes on legitimate purchases.
4. Purchases and refunds
- Numbers. When you rent a number, the price is debited and a countdown is shown. If no code is delivered before it expires, your wallet is refunded in full, automatically. Once a code is delivered, the rental is complete and is not refundable.
- eSIMs. If an eSIM fails to provision, your wallet is refunded automatically. Once an eSIM has been delivered and is ready to install, data plans are generally non-refundable.
- Marketplace. Digital items are delivered instantly and are covered by a 48-hour buyer-protection window. If an item is not as described or does not work, you may open a dispute within that window; we may refund you and revoke access to the item. After the window closes with no dispute, the order is final.
5. Selling on the Marketplace
- Selling requires an application that we manually review and approve; there is no automatic seller access.
- You may only list digital products you own or are authorised to resell, and you must attest to this at the point of listing. Listing stolen, compromised, or unauthorised accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in removal and possible legal referral.
- We hold vendor earnings through the buyer-protection window, deduct a platform commission, and pay out the remainder on request. You are responsible for the accuracy and delivery of what you sell.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes: verifying accounts you own or are authorised to access, using eSIM data on your own devices, and buying or selling digital goods you are authorised to trade. You must not use the Service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, or any illegal purpose. Prohibited activity is described in detail in our Anti-Fraud Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that a specific service or country will be in stock, that any code will be delivered, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our responsibility for a rental that does not deliver is limited to the automatic refund described above.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, withhold a rental, or refuse service if we reasonably believe these Terms or the Anti-Fraud Policy have been breached, or if required to prevent fraud or comply with the law. Where abuse is involved, we may forfeit the wallet balance connected to that abuse.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valusplus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of a number to verify an account you were not entitled to access. Our total liability for any claim relating to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
